高垣美智子（たかがき　みちこ）　総括班分担者、計画研究B03分担者

千葉大学国際教養学部教授。
1982年千葉大学園芸学部卒、京都大学修士、博士（農学）。専門は熱帯農学（特に東南アジア）。
1984-87年、タイ・カセサート大学農学部、林学部で研究に従事。1988年より千葉大学園芸学部附属農場に勤務、留学生専門教育教官等を経て、2016年より現職。
